Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vibeentertain.com and your purchase of tickets, bookings, and services from Vibe Entertainment & Media LLC ("Vibe Entertainment," "we," "us"). By using the site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.

Bookings and quotes

Quotes are estimates until confirmed in a written agreement. A booking is confirmed only when we have received a signed agreement and any required deposit. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payments

• Deposits are due at booking; the remaining balance is due before the event date as stated in your agreement.
• Online payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds

• Services: deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than [X] days before the event may receive a refund of payments beyond the deposit; cancellations inside [X] days are non-refundable. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule where possible.
• Event tickets: unless a specific event states otherwise, tickets are non-refundable but are transferable. If an event is canceled by us and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be refunded the ticket price.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate event details, safe and adequate power and space for equipment, venue access for load-in and load-out, and any venue permissions or permits. Additional charges may apply for changes requested on or near the event date.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, power failure, illness, government action, or venue closure. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule.

Media release

We may photograph or record events for portfolio and promotional use. Tell us in writing before the event if you do not consent, and we will honor that request.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the event in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Website use

Content on this site is owned by Vibe Entertainment & Media LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. Do not use the site to violate any law or interfere with its operation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY] County, Texas.
